As the president and executive editor of Page Turner Editing, I help my clients polish their copy while retaining their own unique voice. With my experience as a writer, editor and proofreader for more than 17 years, I work closely with each client to produce crisp, tight, meaningful copy that has impact and establishes and maintains credibility. I've helped several health and wellness-focused entrepreneurs launch their businesses by producing effective copy for websites, brochures and product packaging, and I provided editorial services for two personal development books.
In addition to running Page Turner Editing, I was the editor of a high-end regional design magazine and served as a proofreader for Men's Health magazine. While my career has included editorial stints in banking and law, I spent almost a decade in the health care industry, where I wrote, edited and proofread copy designed for a variety of audiences, including patients, health care providers, donors and executive leadership.
I graduated from Syracuse University’s S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a bachelor’s degree in magazine journalism, and I later earned a master’s degree in education from Cedar Crest College. While my bachelor’s degree gave me the knowledge and expertise I needed to excel in the editorial field, my master’s degree introduced me to different learning styles and taught me how to connect to individuals in various ways, an approach that has served me well when striving to reach different audiences through my writing and editing.
I launched Page Turner Editing to share my passion for editing and writing, and I'm excited to help my clients fulfill their passions as well!
